Celebrating 14 years in business this year!!!!!!!

A-1 Grassroots was founded August 23, 2003.  I started this business two years after graduating highschool.  While working at a local meat market, where I had worked for four years, I began venturing out doing lawn service on the side for family and friends.  I was also enrolled in Georgia Southern University as a psychology major.  My school schedule was starting to get hectic and it was hard to make my school and work schedule coincide.  So, I decided to go out on a limb and start my own lawn care business; this way I could make my own hours and work around my school schedule.  It worked out for a little while, but then the business started doing very well.  I was so overwhelmed with how good the business was doing that I decided to postpone school, while I managed my business.  I have yet to finish my degree, but I plan to in the future. 

Now, what started out as a tuition fund raiser has become a reputable, professional lawn care company.  We now offer services to Bulloch, Jenkins, Bryan, Screven, Effingham, and Chatham Counties.  Our accounts range from middle class residential to high-end commercial.  We have come a long way in the past ten years, but we can't take all the credit.  We owe thanks to all our customers, friends, family, suppliers, other lawn care profesionals who have helped us along they way and to the good Lord for steering us in the right direction.
